Ukraine claims to have killed 109 Russian troops in a one-day battle in its eastern Donetsk, risking while wounding 188 Russians. News of the casualties, which Moscow has not confirmed, came after at least 11 people died in massive Russian strikes on Ukraine. The intensified battles come as Poland and others have announced deliveries of more Westen battle tanks to the wartorn nation, apparently prompting at least some Russian troops to surrender.
