Ladies of  Charity

St. Pius X Ladies of Charity typically meet the third Wednesday of the month, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm in St. Greg's Gathering Rooms.

Their charitable work consists of food collections and distribution to needy families in the parish; purchase and wrapping of Christmas gifts for inner city children; preparation of Baptismal bibs; Easter baskets for needy; Baby Shower for needy newborns.

The Ladies of Charity were founded by St. Vincent de Paul in 1617 with the motto "to serve rather than to be served." The Ladies of Charity serve the spiritually, emotionally, socially, physically, and financially poor.

If there are any ladies interested in joining, the group usually meets on the third Wednesday of the month at St. Greg’s from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. If you have any questions, please call Kelly Rummings at 716-868-6942. We would love to have you! Dues are only $25. Thank you.

St. Pius X Ladies of Charity kicked off another year with their first project of making cards for the patients at BryLin Hospital.

The patients use them to decorate their rooms and add some cheer.
